Next flight to Sydney! It was neat to go through all the security checks and make the long journey to the other side of the airport to be able to fly out to Sydney. We remembered doing it the other times and I wondered if the kids remembered doing this. Not really they said. We made a few phone calls and wrote some Happy New Year's texts as it was now the first in Alberta but not quite yet in BC. Michael was getting very tired and even tried to sleep a bit before we boarded. Veronica of course was still the energizer bunny.
